China's first youth-themed animated film "Yesterday's Blue Sky" will be released nationwide in the summer of 2018. The film is adapted from the popular comic of the same name as Pocket Chocolate, directed by Gudong director Xi Chao. The film takes Lanxi, a small town in southern China, as its actual location. It tells the story of several high school seniors in the town, and their growth experiences about dreams, friendship, family and first love, etc., and depicts a very Chinese-style, fresh and beautiful youth story.
